Shipping and Delivery

Fast Shipping Italy - General Terms and Conditions For orders completed by 12:00 PM, we guarantee same-day shipping, with expected delivery in 24/72 hours across the national territory. Exceptions apply to Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands, and remote areas, which require an additional day for delivery. For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, shipping will occur the following Monday.

Please note that our courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In such cases, delivery will be scheduled for the first available working day. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

In the event of non-collection by the recipient, please be informed that any storage and redelivery costs will be fully charged to the recipient. We recommend ensuring you are available to receive your order or coordinating with the courier for a suitable delivery.

Shipping Rates - Italy Shipping is always free throughout Italy, with no additional costs. We use an express courier of our choice to ensure quality, speed, and safety.

International Shipping - General Terms and Conditions For orders completed by 12:00 PM, we guarantee same-day shipping; after 12:00 PM, shipping will occur the following day. For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, shipping will occur the following Monday. The courier does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Tracking information will be sent via email upon dispatch. Storage and redelivery fees for failed collection are the responsibility of the recipient.
